In November 2025, Foshan Shunde Zhichuang Machinery Co., Ltd. welcomed overseas customers to its factory for a visit and exchange. During the visit, the customers focused on the stability, processing consistency, and long-term performance of the aluminum profile processing equipment in a real production environment. They also engaged in in-depth discussions with us regarding their product processing technology, production capacity planning, and equipment configuration requirements.
During the discussion, the customer provided a detailed description of their current profile structure characteristics, common processing procedures, and future production targets, including key indicators such as consistent cutting length, 45°/90° corner joint accuracy requirements, multi-hole and multi-groove processing needs, and mass production cycle time.
Based on these specific requirements, the Zhichuang Machinery technical team, drawing on their experience from previous projects, explained different solutions on-site, covering aspects such as equipment structure, CNC system configuration, processing procedures, and operating logic.
To give customers a more intuitive understanding of the equipment's processing capabilities, we arranged a workshop tour and on-site demonstration. During the demonstration, we focused on showcasing the equipment's consistent performance during continuous cutting, the positioning accuracy and repeatability of hole and groove processing, and its cycle time control capabilities in batch processing. We also explained the equipment's operation methods, changeover efficiency, and key points for daily maintenance, helping customers evaluate the equipment's operability in actual production and its long-term operating costs.
During the on-site discussions, customers not only focused on the processing results themselves but also asked multi-faceted questions about the equipment's stability and ease of operation under mass production conditions. The Zhichuang Machinery team addressed these questions one by one and explained the trade-offs in equipment configuration, capacity matching, and future expansion possibilities based on different application scenarios.
This visit and exchange between the client and our factory not only deepened both parties' understanding of the project requirements but also laid the foundation for subsequent equipment selection and solution confirmation. Zhichuang Machinery has always adhered to a process-oriented approach based on actual production needs, using on-site demonstrations and transparent communication to help clients more clearly determine whether the equipment is suitable for their production system.
